    【摘要】目的：探讨术后早期肠梗阻临床特点及处理方法。方法：分析40例化脓性阑尾炎术后并肠梗阻特点。结果：均经保守治疗胃肠减压,常规补液，平均15d治愈。结论：术后早期炎性肠梗阻多发生在术后4~6天,进食后表现为肠梗阻体征。
