    【摘要】目的：探讨子宫肌瘤手术前后实施综合护理的临床效果。方法：术前对患者进行饮食、灌肠、备皮以及导尿等方面的护理；术后对患者采取观测生命体征、缓解伤口疼痛、保持会阴清洁以及适宜饮食等方面的综合护理。结果：全部患者于住院期间无一例出现感染。术后随访1年，其中多发性肌瘤复发5例，单发性肌瘤复发3例，复发率为8.16%。结论：对子宫肌瘤患者实施科学的围手术期综合护理有助于提高手术成功率，并降低并发症发生率。

    【Abstract 】Objective: To evaluate the implementation of uterine fibroids before and after surgery the clinical effect of integrated care.Methods:Patients were eating before surgery,enemas,skin preparation and catheterization and other aspects of care;postoperative observation of patients to take vital signs, wound pain relief,to maintain proper diet will genital cleansing and other aspects of comprehensive care.Results:All patients in the hospital there was no case of infection.Were followed up for 1 year,which 5 cases of multiple fibroids recurrence,solitary myoma recurrence in 3 cases,the recurrence rate was 8.16%.Conclusion:For patients with uterine fibroids Perioperative Science Comprehensive Care helps to improve the surgical success rate and lower complication rate. ......
