    【摘要】目的：探讨静脉留置针在儿科临床中的应用与护理分析。方法：对儿科住院患儿静脉留置针穿刺输液的患儿进行观察。结果：200例中，一次穿刺成功率为92%，200例中留置时间最长6天，最短1天。全部病例中无感染现象。结论：放置静脉留置针等于保留一条开放的静脉通路，全部病例中无感染现象，可随时给药，对于危重患儿的抢救具有重要意义，值得推广。

    Clinical and Nursing Application Andanalysis of Intravenous Catheter in Pediatric

    【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical and nursing application andanalysis of intravenous catheter in pediatric.Methods：Observed the children of Pediatric outpatient infusion room vein indwelling catheter forinfusion.Results：200 cases,the first puncture success rate was 92%, the longest retention time in 6 days, the shortest in 1 day. All cases without infection.Conclusion：Intravenous catheter placed to retain an open vein equal access,all cases without infection,can be administered at any time, was very important for therescue of critically ill children,worthy for promotion.
