    【摘要】目的：探讨采用中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的护理方法。方法：糖尿病足患者30例均予以常规内科综合治疗，加强全身及局部护理，在此基础上采用中药足浴；观察临床疗效、局部溃疡愈合情况及不良反应发生情况。结果：痊愈21例，显效6例，无效3例，总有效率达到90%，收到良好效果。结论：常规护理结合中药足浴治疗糖尿病足安全、有效，值得临床推广应用。
