以预防医学的观点指导妊娠合并糖尿病的护理研究
【中图分类号】R473.71 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-3783(2011)09-0224-01【摘要】目的：妊娠合并糖尿病属高危妊娠，对母子危害都很大。母婴死亡率都很高，必须引起重视。以减少围产期母婴死亡率。①方法：为提高此病的护理水平，我们采用预防医学的观点指导护理工作，有效预防了各种并发症，保证了母子安全。在此对2009年1月-——2011年3月我院收住的66位此症患者进行回顾性研究。结论：把相关学科的研究成果引入护理工作，能大大提高护理工作质量，对提高人群健康水平有很大帮助。

Guidance to preventive medicine point of view of diabetes care during pregnancy
【Abstract】Objective: Pregnancywith diabetes is a high-risk pregnancy, and very harmful to the mother and child. Maternal and child mortality rates are high, we must pay attention. To reduce perinatal mortality.we try the following: To increase the level of care the disease, we are guided by? preventive medicine point , effective in preventing a variety of complications, ensuring the safety of mother and child. About? this ,? 66 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2009--March 2011 with this disease were studied retrospectively.
