普外科临床中急性阑尾炎150例诊治体会
【中图分类号】R656 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-3783(2011)09-0270-01【摘要】急性阑尾炎是普外科临床中一种常见病症，在各种急腹症中爆发率最高。其常见的临床表现为转移性地右下腹疼痛以及阑尾点压痛、反跳痛，其病情变化多端，急性阑尾炎能否痊愈在一定程度上取决与治疗是否及时以及治疗手段是否得当。其中治疗时机尤为重要，近些年来，关于急性阑尾炎的治疗时机问题越来越多地受到了医院的关注。

【Abstract】In various acute outbreak rate,acute appendicitis is a common surgical clinical symptoms,The common clinical manifestations of metastatic to the right lower quadrant pain and tenderness, rebound tenderness appendix point,its condition is the most changefulacute appendicitis can heal in a certain extent depends on whether treatment timely and proper treatment means.The treatment timing is very important in recent years, The hospital gets increasingly attention about the treatment of acute appendicitis in timing problem.
