甘孜地区医院创伤外科开展优质护理服务存在的问题与对策探索(1)
【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-3783(2011)09-0047-01【摘要】总结了甘孜藏族地区医院创伤外科开展优质护理服务存在的问题，包括护理人员的问题、管理的问题、病员的问题等，针对存在的问题提出针对性解决对策。认为应加强护理人员的思想教育、转变观念变被动服务为主动服务，加强藏语的学习，提高沟通交流的有效性和提升技术水平将优质护理服务落到实处，才能切实提高护理质量和病员满意度。

【Abstract】Objective:Summarizes the Ganzi Tibetan areas carried out high-quality care in trauma surgery service problems, including nursing staff problems, management problems, the patient's problems,and come up with specific solutions for specific problems. That should strengthen the ideological education of nurses, changes the concept, changing from passive to active service, strengthen the Tibetan language learning, improve communication skills to enhance the effectiveness and quality care will be carried out, in order to effectively improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction degrees.
