    【摘要】随着现代医学模式的不断改变,对护理人员素质的要求也越来越高,本文提出要提高护士的心理素质与自身调节；提高护理业务水平和临床操作技能；注重护理实践锻炼；注意自我调节和控制，加强自身的道德修养,提高思想道德素质、专业素质,用丰富的知识来适应发展的医学护理需要。
