    【摘要】目的：探讨热惊厥患儿的护理体会、方法。方法：通过回顾性分析，对我院从2007年1月～2008年6月临床护理工作中救治的51例高热惊厥患儿的病例进行经验总结。结果：通过对患儿采取保持呼吸道通畅、吸氧、及时降温、加强监护等措施，结合治疗及护理，我院救治的51例高热惊厥小儿快速止惊，转危为安。结论：及时迅速控制惊厥、高热，结合护理是治疗小儿高热惊厥的关键。

    51 cases of clinical care of children with febrile seizures observed

    【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the nursing care of children with febrile convulsions and methods. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2007 - June 2008 in the treatment of clinical care 51 patients for cases of febrile seizures in children with lessons learned. Results: By taking children to maintain airway, oxygen, cooling time, intensive care and other measures, combined with the treatment and care, hospital treatment of 51 cases of febrile seizures in children quickly just scared, turned the corner. Conclusion: a timely and expeditious control of seizures, high fever, combined with care is the key to treatment of children with febrile seizures. ......
