    【摘要】目的：观察与评价内镜高频电治疗消化道息肉的疗效及价值。方法：运用高频电治疗仪通过内窥镜进行治疗，将圈套器置于息肉根基部上方，紧收钢丝，通电切除。结果：105例(144枚)息肉均获得成功切除，在所有病例治疗中，均无明显不适反应，治疗顺利，治愈率100%。结论：本方法设备简单，方便安全，疗效明显，并发症发生率低，使临床治疗消化道息肉的较好方法。

    Endoscopic electrosurgical treatment analysis of 105 cases of gastrointestinal polyps

    【Abstract】Objective: To observe and evaluate endoscopic treatment of high-frequency power and value of the efficacy of gastrointestinal polyps. Methods: Using high-frequency treatment instrument through the endoscopic treatment, the foundation of the Ministry of polyp snare placed above the wire tightly closed, power cut. Results: 105 cases (144) were successful removal of polyps, the treatment in all cases, no obvious discomfort, treatment success, cure rate was 100%. Conclusion: The method of simple equipment, convenient and safe, efficacy, low complication rate, the clinical treatment of gastrointestinal polyps in a better way. ......
