    【摘要】目的：探讨额部脑挫裂伤的临床特点、手术指征的选择及治疗。方法：我院自2008年2月至2011年9月共诊治78例额叶挫裂伤手术患者。结果：按格拉斯哥预后评分标准(GOS)评级。本组患者治疗后存活72例，随访3个月～3年，平均1年。按GOS评分：良好65例，中度残疾5例，重度残疾2例，死亡4例。结论：额叶挫裂伤较其他部位的挫裂伤有特殊性，额叶挫裂伤手术指征有规律可循，通过实践，我们总结并制定出的额叶挫裂伤手术指征临床可行且具有指导意义。

    【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the frontal brain contusion of the clinical features, surgical indications and treatment options. Methods: In our hospital from February 2008 to September 2011 a total of 78 cases of frontal contusion diagnosis and treatment of surgical patients. Results: According to Glasgow Outcome Scale criteria (GOS) rating. This group of patients survived after treatment, 72 patients followed up for 3 months to 3 years, an average of 1 year. According to GOS score: good in 65 cases, moderate disability in 5 cases, severe disability in 2 cases, 4 deaths. Conclusion: compared with other parts of the frontal lobe contusion contusion with particularity, the frontal lobe contusion surgical indications there is a pattern, through practice, we conclude that the frontal lobe contusion and to develop viable clinical indications for surgery and instructive. ......
