    【摘要】目的 探讨人性化护理干预对减轻膀胱镜检查患者焦虑、疼痛的作用。

    方法 对501例接受膀胱镜检查的患者在检查前、中、后实施人性化护理干预。

    结果 人性化护理完善了整体护理的内涵，使患者身心处于最佳状态，减轻膀胱镜检查患者的焦虑、疼痛程度。 结论 人性化护理创造性、个性化的、整体的、有效的护理模式，人性化护理干预使患者诊疗依从性提高，增加患者满意度，减少术后的并发症。
