    【摘要】目的：通过学习有效的根治翼状胬肉，在手术中使用丝裂霉素C来有效预防术后复发。方法：分析我院近年来收治并采用自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C贴敷病例42例(49眼)，其中男24例28眼，女18例21眼，均有1～2次的复发，胬肉头部侵入角膜缘2～5mm。结果：治愈41例(48眼)，治愈率97.9%；复发1例(1眼),复发率2.1%。结论：该手术安全易行，无需特殊材料，术中、术后并发症少，复发率低，只要掌握好用药的方法，是一种理想、有效的手术方法。

    【Abstract】Objective: To learn effective cure pterygium, mitomycin C use during surgery to prevent recurrence. Methods: In recent years, admitted to hospital and the use of limbal stem cell transplantation combined with mitomycin C patching cases 42 cases (49), including 24 males and 28, and 18 female patients 21, are 1 or 2 times recurrence, invasive corneal pterygium head 2 ~ 5mm. Results: cured 41 patients (48 eyes), the cure rate 97.9%; recurrence in 1 case (1), the recurrence rate of 2.1%. Conclusion: The safe and easy operation, no special materials, postoperative complication, recurrence rate, as long as the master medication approach is an ideal and effective surgical method. ......
