    【摘要】 目的 观察Vitapex 糊剂在根尖诱导形成术中的疗效。方法 随机选择门诊40 例牙髓坏死根尖未发育的年轻恒牙。根管预备,消毒后用Vitapex 糊剂进行根尖诱导,随访3 年。结果 成功21例(占52.5 %) ,进步16 例(占40%),失败3 例(占7.5%),有效为37 例(占92.5 %) 。结论Vitapex 糊剂是一种较理想的根尖诱导制剂。

    【Abstract】Objective The purpose of this article was to observe the effect of Vitapex Past in apexification. Methods 40 younger permament teeth with underdeveloped apex and necrotic pulp were randomly selected. After root canals were prepared and sterilized , Vitapex paste was used in the apexification. All the teeth were observed for three years.Results 21 teeth (52. 5 %)were successful , 16 teeth (40 %) were progressive , 3 teeth (7.5 %) were failed. Altogether 61 teeth were effective , the effective rate was 92.5 %. Conclusion Vitapes paste was effective for the younger permanent teeth in the apexification.
