    【摘要】目的:探讨脑神经胶质瘤病的临床特征以及诊断和治疗方法

    方法:回顾分析7例我院收治的脑神经胶质瘤病患者的临床资料及治疗效果

    结果 :5例患者有颅内压增高的临床表现。7例患者均行CT检查，其中3例同时行MRI检查。共发现21个病灶。所有患者均行开颅手术治疗。3例行肿瘤完全切除的患者获得长期存活。

    结论:脑神经胶质瘤病需与脑转移肿瘤相鉴别。MRI扫描对脑神经胶质瘤诊断有一定的价值，确诊依赖于病理检查。手术切除肿瘤并辅以放、化疗。对提高患者生存质量及延长其生存时间有一定意义。

    【Abstract】Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of gliomatosis cerebri

    Methods The clinical data, diagnosis and treatment of 7 patients with gliomatosis cerebri in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.

    Results Five cases had symptoms of intracranial hypertension, and 21 foci were found by CT or MRI scans. All foci had paratumoral edema in different degree. All patients with gliomatosis cerebri received craniotomy, 3 patients who received complete removal of tumors had a long survival. ......
