     儿科病房护患沟通技巧之探讨

    【摘要】目的 提高患儿及家长对儿科护士的满意度,建立良好的护患关系。方法 通过分别介绍护士与患儿的语言沟通技巧和非语言沟通技巧及与儿科陪伴人员的沟通技巧,出院时沟通技巧,沟通时的注意事项。结果 运用上述沟通技巧后护患关系得到明显改善。结论 良好的护患沟通技巧不仅能建立和谐的护患关系,对提高护理质量,增加患儿及家长对护士的满意度具有重要意义。

    【Abstract】objective to raise children and parents of pediatric nurse satisfaction, establish a good nurse-patient relationship. Methods by nurses and patients were introduced the language communication skills and nonverbal communication and pediatric accompany personnel communication skills, when discharged communication skills, communication time matters needing attention. Results using the communication skills of nurse-patient relationship gets clear improvement. Conclusion a good nurse-patient communication skills can not only build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, to improve the quality of nursing, increase patients ' satisfaction to nurses have important significance. ......
