    【摘要】目的 探讨老年慢性肺心病的有效护理措施。方法 对我院2009年11月—2011年3月收治的72例老年肺心病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，通过对老年慢性肺心病患者进行严密观察病情，做好心理护理、生活护理及治疗护理等综合护理措施并观察临床效果。结果 所有患者进行治疗和护理之后，治疗的总有效率为95.83%。结论 及时有效的治疗，配合有效的护理措施，是肺心病患者康复和改善肺心病患者的预后的重要保障。

    【Abstract】Objective Of elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and effective care measures.Method Our hospital in November 2009, March 2011, 72 elderly patients admitted to pulmonary heart disease were retrospectively analyzed clinical data, elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease through close observation of patients with the disease, good psychological care, life care and treatment and care comprehensive nursing care and observation of clinical effects.Result Treatment and care for all patients after treatment, the total effective rate was 95.83%.
