    【摘要】目的 探讨护理管理与控制医院感染的关系，有效的降低院内感染。方法 对各科室的护理人员进行院内感染专业培训，加强管理，并调查与医院感染有关的各种护理管理因素。结果 做好护理管理工作可以有效的减少医院感染的发生。结论 在预防医院感染中，护理管理工起到非常重要的作用。
