    【摘要】报告四例陈旧性会阴三度裂伤修补术患者的护理。重点做好心理护理，术前饮食护理，术前消化道及阴道准备，术后会阴护理，术后饮食护理及消化道用药护理，术后健康指导及出院指导。出院时四例患者伤口愈合良好，经术后3月随访患者恢复良好，缩肛有力，稀大便能控制，并能控制排气，性生活满意。

    【Abstract】Reported four cases of third degree perineal laceration repair old surgery patient care. The focus on psychological care, preoperative care and diet, the digestive tract and vaginal preparations preoperative and postoperative perineal care, postoperative care and dietary care and gastrointestinal medicine, health advice and after discharge. Hours, patients were discharged from hospital the wound healed well, followed by 3 months after patients recovered well, strong anal contraction, thin large can control, and can control the exhaust, sexual satisfaction
