    【摘要】目的 探讨高血压脑出血术后再出血的各种因素和护理方法，为临床提供理论依据。方法 对我院2008年3月—2010年3月收治的132例高血压脑出血患者中，出现术后恢复期再出血58例的临床资料进行回顾性分析，根据对术后再出血有关护理多因素分析，采取准确的治疗方法，并配以科学的护理措施。结果 58例高血压脑出血术后再出血患者，经过及时准确的治疗和科学的护理干预，恢复良好者31例，重残6例、植物生存3例，死亡18例。结论 护理人员扎实的护理基本功，专业的业务技能，强烈的护理责任心，严谨的工作态度，采取科学有效的护理干预，能明显降低脑出血并发症的发生，降低患者的病死率和致残率。

    【Abstract】Objective Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage of the various factors of rebleeding and care, provide a theoretical basis for clinical. Method Our hospital in March 2008 - March 2010 treated 132 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients, postoperative recovery period and then 58 cases of bleeding were retrospectively analyzed clinical data, according to the care of postoperative bleeding multi-factor analysis, to take an accurate treatment, and with scientific care measures.Result 58 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in patients with postoperative bleeding, through timely and accurate treatment and science of nursing intervention, 31 patients with good recovery, severe disability in 6 cases, plant survival in 3 cases, 18 patients died. Conclusion Nursing care and a solid basic skills, professional business skills, a strong sense of responsibility of care, strict working attitude, take a scientific and effective nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of cerebral bleeding complications, reduce patient mortality and morbidity. ......
