    【摘要】目的：探讨预防老年患者髋部骨折压疮的临床护理方法。方法：选取2007年1月-2010年12月在我院住院的髋部骨折患者56例，对患者进行压疮的危险度评估，给予有效的护理对策，并观察压疮的发生率。结果：在56例患者中，仅2例(3.57%)合并糖尿病患者发生轻度压疮，经护理5-7天创面愈合。结论：有效的护理对策可预防和减少髋部骨折患者压疮的发生率和程度。

    【Abstract】Objective: To explore the prevention of hip fractures in elderly patients with pressure ulcers in clinical nursing. Methods: Selects from January 2007 to December 2010 hospitalized in our hospital 56 patients with hip fractures, pressure ulcers on the patients risk assessment, give effective nursing method and observe the incidence of pressure sores. Results: Among 56 patients, only 2 cases (3.57%) in patients with mild diabetes pressure sores, wounds 5-7 days after nursing. Conclusions: Effective methods of nursing can prevent and reduce the hip fracture patients with pressure sore incidence and severity.
