X线胸片和螺旋CT对纵隔气肿的诊断价值

    【摘要】目的：探讨X线胸片和螺旋CT对纵隔气肿的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析 50例纵隔气肿的X线胸片(36例)和螺旋CT(41例)表现。结果：50例纵隔气肿病例，X线胸片显示纵隔气肿呈现透亮影像，侧位片比正位片显示更清楚，螺旋CT可清晰显示纵隔气肿呈现气体密度，以及被气体勾画出的纵隔结构。结论：X线胸片和螺旋CT检查有利于早期诊断纵隔气肿，对临床及时诊断和治疗具有重要的应用价值。

    【Abstract】Objective To study the clinical value of chest Xray and spiral CT scan in diagnosis of mediastinal emphysema.Methods Review analysis 50 cases with mediastinal emphysema, and?which?were had the integrity chest Xray and helical CT material. Results In 50 cases with mediastinal emphysema,The chest Xray demonstrates the translucent image, and side position was clearer than posterianterior. The spiral CT clear display mediastinal emphysema presents the density of gas,and mediastinal structure was outlined which by the gas. Conclusion The chest Xray and spiral CT were advantageous to the early diagnosis mediastinal emphysema and it had the important value to the clinical prompt diagnosis and treatment. ......
