    【摘要】目的 分析无痛人流术中并发症的发生情况。方法 回顾性分析我院妇科门诊2010年1月至2011年1月接受无痛人流的患者102例的临床资料。结果 102例患者通过无痛人流均成功终止妊娠，对并发症经过相应对症处理，手术成功率100%。结论 对人流术并发症采取了针对性的防治措施可以提高治疗效果。

    【Abstract】Objectives Analysis of painless induced abortion complications. Methods A retrospective analysis of outpatient department in 2010 January to 2011 January undergoing painless artificial abortion in 102 cases of patients with the clinical data. Results 102 cases of patients with painless were successful termination of pregnancy, the complications after corresponding treatment, operation success rate of 100%. Conclusion In the induced abortion complications have taken measures to improve the treatment effect.
