乳腺良性结构不良症的治疗(1)
【中图分类号】R65 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-3783(2012)01-0014-01【摘要】 目的：探讨对乳腺良性结构不良症的患者采用贴敷治疗的效果。方法：患者被分为四组：Ⅰ组，单纯乳腺小叶贴膜治疗组；Ⅱ组，乳腺小叶贴膜+药物治疗组；Ⅲ组，单纯药物治疗组；Ⅳ组，安慰组。使用乳腺贴敷的患者每两天就需要更换一次贴膜，需要连续使用三个月的时间。所有患者都需要进行随访，随访率高达100%，随访的时间为一年。结果：Ⅱ组的治疗效果明显比Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组高；Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的效果都明显比Ⅳ组高。结论：当前还没有得到乳腺小叶贴面的禁忌，也没有观察到任何的副作用，如果想进行深入的研究和探讨，需要大量的病例观察得到结果。

Treatment of benign mammary dysplasia treatment
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect to use sticking treatment to the patients with benign mammary dysplasia. Methods: the patients were divided into four groups: group I, pure lobular patch treatment group; group II, lobular patch and drug treatment group; group III, a simple drug treatment group; IV group, placebo group. Every two days to replace a film to the patients who use breast sticking and to use continuously for three months. All patients requiring follow-up, follow-up rate reached 100%, followed up for one year. Results: the group has obvious curative effect than group I and III group; group I, group II and III group’ effects were evident than IV group. Conclusion: At present there has not been breast lobular veneer taboos, and not any side effects. If to conduct the thorough research and the discussion, we need a large number of cases to get the results. ......
