    【摘要】目的 探讨下肢大隐静脉曲张的声像特征及病情原因分析。 方法 应用彩色多普勒超声对58例大隐静脉曲张患者声像图诊断结果与临床诊断对比并分析原因。 结果 58例患者的声像图，表现有静脉瓣功能不全，深静脉大小血栓形成，大隐静脉结构异常及不明原因性扩张。 结论 彩色多普勒可了解血管走向，结构、及血流状态，对大隐静脉曲张病人检查无痛苦，无创伤，费用低，并且能连续动态观察，是一种极具诊断优势的检测手段。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the all kind of ultrasonographic characteristic and cause of the great saphenous varicose veins.Methods Forty-five cases of great saphenous varicose veins were detected with color doppler ultrasound ,the ultrasonographic feature of these were compared with the clinical diagnostic and analyzed the cause.Result The Ultrasonographic of these forty-five cases displayed chronic inflamation,deed venous thrombosis、vein valve dysfunction ......
