    【摘要】目的：探讨急诊临床中高空坠落伤受伤部位、急救治疗措施及转归等。方法：对2010年3月至2011年3月就诊于我院急诊科的68例高空坠落伤患者受伤特点、急诊救治措施等情况进行总结分析。结果：治愈61例，占89.7%，致残5例，占7.3%，死亡2例，占2.9%。坠落高度低于3m者伤情较轻，愈后好；坠落高度大于8m以上者，伤情危重，死亡率达10%。讨论:高处坠落伤患者多病情严重、死亡风险较高。应积极了解致伤因素，确立边诊断边治疗、多学科协作诊疗的治疗原则，减少漏诊与并发症的发生，提高急诊救治水平。

    The treatment of 68 cases with high fall injury

    【Abstract】Objective: Explore the injury, emergency treatment and therapeutic effect of patients with high fall injury. Methods: Analyze the characteristics, emergency treatment of patients with high fall injury from March 2011 to March 2010 in emergency department of our hospital. Results: 61 cases were cured, accounted for 89.7%,5 cases disabled, accounted for 7.3%, 2 cases died, accounted for 2.9%. The clinical statement of patients fell from less than 3 miters were better, however, the mortality rate of the patients fell from more than 8 miters was 10%. Discussion: The illness and the risk of death of patients with high fall injury were severe. We should understand the factors of injury, give the diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible, collaboration with each other to reduce the misdiagnosis and complications, improve the level of emergency treatment. ......
