    【摘要】目的：减少后牙根管治疗操作难度，提高后牙根管治疗工作效率。方法：在给患牙开髓时，将开髓洞型口备成稍敞开，即口小底大。另外将“根管治疗”与“全冠修复”同时进行：即将全冠修复的第一步(备牙)，放在根管治疗的第三步(拔髓扩管)之前进行。结果 ：髓腔底照明得到很大改善，牙髓治疗操作变得更容易。减少患者复诊次数。整个疗程也减少5-7天。结论：在给患牙开髓时，将开髓洞型口备成稍敞开，即口小底大。将“根管治疗”与“全冠修复”同时进行时，可使牙髓治疗操作变得更容易，因此工作效率也就更高了。

    【Abstract】 Objective: Reduce the difficulty of the treatment of the pulp cannal, and improve the work efficiency of it. Method: When opening the pulp cavity, the shape of it should be a large hole with a small opening.Repairing?crown and treating the pulp cannal can be performed at the same time. Thus, the first step, preparing tooth, is performed before the third step, the treatment of the pulp cannal. Result: The lightening of the bottom of caviti is improved and the treatment of caviti is getting easier. The frequency of appointments is less and the course of treatment is cut by 5 or 7days. Conclusion: The work efficiency of the treatment of the pulp cannal is improved when opening a large hole with a small opening and performing the treatment of the pulp cannal and repairing crown. ......
