【摘 要】目的：探究对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者应用针灸联合二甲双胍治疗的临床疗效。方法：选择91例肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者，参照组患者应用二甲双胍治疗，观察组患者应用针灸联合二甲双胍治疗。结果：治疗后2组患者T、LH/FSH、LH、FSH均较治疗前有明显改善，观察组患者改善效果明显更佳，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者应用针灸联合二甲双胍治疗临床疗效显著。
