【摘 要】目的：分析对老年结肠癌并发肠梗阻患者围手术期中应用护理干预的途径，并探讨其临床价值。方法：以本院2016年3月～2017年4月所收治老年结肠癌并发肠梗阻患者为例，依照乱数表法从中择取110例进行对比实验。其中，给予56例对照组患者常规护理，另54例实验组患者再对照组基础上结合围手术期针对性护理干预，对比二者护理效果。结果：实验组患者经护理后其并发生症发生概率为9.3%，对照组则为26.8%(差异有P<0.05)。结论：对老年结肠癌并发肠梗阻患者围手术期中采取针对性护理干预，有助于降低术后患者并发症发生概率。

    Abstract Objective： To analyze the way of nursing intervention in patients with colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction and to explore its clinical value. Methods： for example， 110 cases of colon cancer complicated with colon cancer were treated by the hospital from March 2015 to April 2017. Among them， 56 patients were given routine nursing care， and 54 patients in the experimental group were combined with perioperative care intervention on the basis of the control group. Compare the two nursing effects. Results： the incidence rate was 9.3% in the experimental group and 26.8% in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion： targeted nursing intervention during the perioperative period of patients with colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction may help to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. ......
