【摘 要】目的：总结新生儿病房预防及控制医院感染护理管理体会。方法：选取我院新生儿科2015年1月至2017年12月接诊的新生儿12011例作为本次研究研究对象。比较开展新生儿病房管理前后医院感染的发生情况。结果：12011例新生儿共发生医院感染99例，感染发生率为0.82%，2015年发生感染45例，感染率为0.37%，2016年发生感染32例，感染率为0.26%，2017年发生感染11例，感染率为0.09%，可见感染率逐年下降。结论：通过加强新生儿病房预防及感染控制，能够将新生儿感染控制在相对比较低的水平内，值得推广使用。
