【摘 要】目的：探究定喘汤联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎临床效果。方法：选取在我院接受治疗的小儿肺炎患儿100例，选取时间为2015年11月-2017年11月，根据其就诊顺序的差异将患儿分成2组。对照组患儿接受阿奇霉素治疗；实验组患儿接受定喘汤联合阿奇霉素治疗。对比2组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果：实验组患儿的临床治疗效果为90.00%(45/50)，高于对照组(62.00%)，P<0.05。结论：小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿接受定喘汤联合阿奇霉素治疗，可有效提高患儿的治疗效果，改善患儿的机体功能，值得推广应用。
