补元养心汤对扩张型心肌病心肾功能不全的临床疗效研究(1)
【摘要】目的：对补元养心汤在扩张型心肌病心肾功能不全患者的临床治疗当中的效果进行探究。方法：选取本院在2015年1月到2017年1月间收治的40例患者作为研究对象，采用随机分组的方式，分为对照组与观察组，每组患者20例。对照组患者采用常规的治疗手段，按照心力衰竭指南进行西药治疗；观察组患者在对照组患者的基础之上，加用补元养心汤进行治疗。对两组患者的临床效果以及各项指标进行对比，分析补元养心汤在扩张型心肌病心肾功能不全方面的治疗效果。结果：两组患者在经过治疗之后，在治疗效果方面出现了明显的差异。观察组患者在服用补元养心汤的之后，总有效率达到了95%，对照组患者的总有效率为70%，两组患者之间的差异明显，具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：在对扩张型心肌病心肾功能不全患者进行治疗的过程中，通过服用补元养心汤，能够对患者的临床症状以及心功能进行改善，同时实现了肾脏指标的好转，降低西药在治疗过程中带来的肾脏损害，在临床方面有着较高的推广价值。

Abstract Objective： To explore the supplement of Yangxin Decoction in heart and renal function in dilated cardiomyopathy patients with clinical curative effect. Methods ： the 40 cases of patients admitted in January 2015 January 2017 as the research object， adopt the way of randomized， divided into control group and observation group， 20 cases patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment of Western medicine in the treatment of heart failure in accordance with the guidelines； patients in the observation group in the control group of patients， with supplement of Yangxin Decoction for treatment. Compared the clinical effect of the two groups and the indicators， analysis of supplement of Yangxin Decoction in expansionCardiomyopathy heart and kidney dysfunction treatment. Results： two groups of patients after treatment， the treatment effect has obvious difference. The patients in the observation group after taking supplement Yangxin Decoction， the total effective rate was 95%， patients in the control group the total effective rate was 70%， the difference between the two groups were obvious， with statistical significance (p<0.05). Conclusion： in the dilated heart and renal insufficiency in patients with cardiomyopathy treatment process， by taking supplement Yangxin Decoction， can improve the patient's clinical symptoms and heart function， at the same time the kidney index improved， reduce the western medicine in the treatment processThe renal damage caused by it has a high clinical value.

近年来，随着人们生活水平的不断提升，越来越多的人对于健康质量有了更高的要求，希望能够获得更为优质的医疗服务，这就对医疗事业的发展带来了新的挑战[1]。对于扩张型心肌病来说，主要是患者的左心室、右心室或者是双心腔出现了收缩以及扩大功能障碍的情况，在临床方面主要表现为心律失常、进行性心力衰竭以及血栓栓塞等症状，对患者的生命安全带来了极大的威胁。扩张型心肌病在当前的原发性心肌病中十分常见，会对患者的左心室收缩功能产生影响，而患者在出现心功能下降之后，全身的各项功能系统都会受到影响，特别是容易出现肾脏功能的损害，两者之间很容易出现恶性循环，对患者的病情产生了极大的影响[2]。在对扩张型心肌病患者进行治疗的过程中，主要采用西药，但是长时间服用西药会对患者后期改善心肾功能效果不佳。因此，本研究通过选取本院在2015年1月到2017年1月间收治的40例患者作为研究对象，对补元养心汤在扩张型心肌病治疗中的效果进行分析，从而实现患者治疗效果的提升，改善患者的生活质量。, 百拇医药(黄爱华)
