创新护理管理模式，提高护理质量(1)
【摘要】目的：为提高全院护理质量管理质量，提高护理质量管理评价合格率。方法：传统组采用护理单元护士长、护理部定期评价，工作巡查方式进行护理质量管理评价，评价结果与科室护理绩效相结合；实验组采用全院护理质量管理定期评价、护理部每周对各护理单元巡查、院总值班护士长工作巡查等方式，护理单元采用护士长结合护理质量管理评价标准不定期对科室护理各环节落实进行评价，同时护士长在五查房、护理工作跟班时评价护理质量管理标准落实情况。传统组和对照组对护理质量管理评价结果由护理部统计。结果：两种护理管理方法对护理质量管理结果有明显差异 对照组合格率为92.48%，平均得分率95.18；传统组合格率为87.6% ，平均得分率92.5，对照组明显优于对照组。结论：创新护理质量管理，对提高全院护理管理质量，减少护理安全隐患，落实护理工作各环节过程管理有重要的意义。

Methods： the traditional group adopted nursing unit head nurse， nursing department regular evaluation， work inspection way to carry on the nursing quality management evaluation， the evaluation result was combined with the department nursing performance， the experimental group adopted the whole hospital nursing quality management periodic evaluation. The nursing department inspects every nursing unit every week， the head nurse on duty of the hospital， etc. The nursing unit adopts the head nurse combined with the evaluation standard of nursing quality management to evaluate the implementation of each link of nursing department. At the same time， the head nurse evaluated the implementation of nursing quality management standard during the fifth round of ward and nursing work. The results of nursing quality management evaluation in traditional group and control group were counted by nursing department. Fruit： there was significant difference between the two nursing management methods in the nursing quality management results. The qualified rate of the control group was 92.488.The average score rate was 95.18.The pass rate of the traditional group was 87.6%， the average score rate was 92.5， the control group was obviously superior to the control group. Conclusion： innovative nursing quality management is better than the control group. It is of great significance to improve the quality of nursing management， reduce the hidden dangers of nursing safety and carry out the process management of nursing work.

护理工作是医疗卫生工作重要组成部分，护理质量管理的高低直接关系到患者的健康和安全，关系到患者对护理工作体验及满意率，同时为促进护理管理的科学化、制度化、标准化，不断创新护理管理方式，运用护理质量评价工具，对提高医院护理质量管理有重要意义。
各级护理人员应该树立全面质量管理和全员质量参与意识，落实好护理工作各环节护理质量管理，营造全院氛围抓质量，使医院护理管理质量逐步提升。
医院护理质量管理的高低，与各级护理人员的重视、参与，各级护理管理人员不断创新护理管理方式，主动管理等有较大的关系，人人参与，重在落实，不断创新，使医院护理质量管理逐步提升。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料我院全院设置护理单元共计24个，其中病区18个，其它6个：急诊科、门诊部、体检科、消毒供应中心、手术室、重症医学科，护士长总人数为27人。 选用2016年1月至12月护理部对24个护理单元护理质量管理评价得分率、合格率为传统组，2017年1月至12月护理部对各护理单元护理质量管理评价得分率、合格率为对照组进行比较，两组在护理质量管理评价得分率、合格率比较有明显的统计学意义((P>0. 05)，具有较好的可比性。, http://www.100md.com(吴素英)
