【摘要】目的：探讨研究肝胆外科术后意外脱管患者循证护理实施方法及临床效果。方法：在本院2013年3月-2017年4月间肝胆外科收治的患者中随机选择60例意外脱管患者进行分组护理，2组各纳入病患30例。结果：对两组焦虑评分、疼痛程度以及护理满意率等指标进行比较，结果提示观察组焦虑评分为(37.3±2.2)分、中度疼痛率为10.0%、重度疼痛率为3.3%均明显低于对照组，P<0.05，差异显著。对比两组护理满意率，提示观察组为96.7%明显高于对照组，P<0.05，差异显著。结果：对肝胆外科手术患者意外脱管患者实施循证护理的效果良好，值得推广。
