【摘要】目的：分析关节松动术结合训练对肩周炎患者的临床治疗效果；方法：以我院120例肩周炎患者为研究对象，将患者分为观察组与对照组，观察组患者应用关节松动训练进行治疗，对照组患者采用针刺方法进行治疗，比较兩组患者临床治疗效果；结果：通过治疗后两组患者的均有所改善，观察组患者的治疗有效率为100%，对照组患者有效率为80.0%，两组对比观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)；结论：关节松动术结合训练治疗肩关节周围炎，可明显改善患者的疼痛情况，能够使肩关节在较大范围内活动，减轻了患者痛苦，且安全性能高，可以进一步推广。
