【摘要】目的：探讨临床路径在躁狂抑郁症护理中的应用效果。方法：选择2015年8月-2017年8月期间我院收治的躁狂抑郁症患者60例为研究对象，均分为两组，对照组为常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上应用临床路径，对比两组护理情况。结果：观察组的抑郁评分低于对照组，依从性、生活质量、满意度评分高于对照组。结论：临床路径在躁狂抑郁症护理中的应用效果显著，症状得到改善，提高了护理效果，值得应用。
