【摘 要】目的：探讨主动脉内球囊反搏在重症冠心病患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2017年3月-2018年3月期间收治的重症冠心病患者64例为研究对象，均分为两组，对照组为常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上应用主动脉内球囊反搏，对比两组护理情况。结果：观察组的护理优良率96.88%高于对照组的75.00%，统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论：主动脉内球囊反搏在重症冠心病患者围手术期护理中的应用效果显著，症状得到改善，提高了护理效果，值得应用。
