【摘 要】目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切联合内分泌治疗晚期前列腺癌的临床疗效。方法：选择晚期前列腺癌患者68例，随机分为实验组和对照组，两组患者均实施经尿道前列腺电切术及双侧睾丸切除术，实验组患者在此基础上联合内分泌治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果：实验组血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)浓度、残余尿量(RV)值、国际前列腺症状(IPSS)评分及生活质量(QOL)评分均低于对照组，最大尿流率(Qmax)值高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：经尿道前列腺电切联合内分泌治疗晚期前列腺癌具有较好的治疗效果，提高患者的生活质量。
