【摘 要】目的：探讨预见性护理在降低ICU气管插管患者非计划性拔管中的应用价值。方法：将在本院就诊的ICU气管插管患者78例作为研究对象，随机分为传统组与预见组，分别实施传统护理与预见性护理。比较两组非计划性拔管率、ICU住院时间以及护理满意度情况。结果：预见组患者的非计划性拔管发生率、ICU住院时间均低于传统组，P<0.05；其护理满意度明显高于传统组，P<0.05。结论：ICU气管插管患者实施预见性护理干预可降低非计划性拔管率，值得推广。
