【摘 要】目的：分析AO弹性髓内钉治疗小儿四肢骨折的临床效果。方法：研究对象为医院收治的80例四肢骨折患儿，按照手术方法不同分两组，对照组40例做常规切开复位钢板内固定，观察组40例做AO弹性髓内钉治疗，分析不同手术疗效。结果：观察组患者手术指标(手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度以及住院时间)、术后并发症以及手术疗效与对照组相比，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：AO弹性髓内钉固定为小儿四肢骨折的首选治疗方法，应用安全可靠，有利于患儿早日康复，应用效果显著。
