【摘 要】目的：对血栓通注射液治疗急性脑梗的临床疗效作探讨。方法：将我院2015年1月-2017年12月收治的急性脑梗患者76例纳为研究对象，两组患者均接受常规药物治疗，并将其根据入院单双顺序均分组为：对照组38例患者用低分子右旋糖酐注射液治疗，观察组38例患者用血栓通注射液治疗；将两组患者各项临床数据详细整理后作对比分析。结果：治疗后观察组患者NIHSS及Barthel评分(12.25±3.22)分、(60.27±11.51)分明显优于对照组(18.13±2.27)分、(48.65±10.38)分，P<0.05；观察组临床治疗总有效率97.4%比对照组73.7%高，P<0.05。结论：急性脑梗患者接受血栓通注射液治疗的效果更佳。

    Abstract Objective：to explore the clinical effect of Xueshuantong injection in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods： 76 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were treated with routine drugs. The patients in the control group were treated with low-molecular-weight dextran injection and 38 patients in the observation group were treated with Xueshuantong injection. Results： the NIHSS and Barthel scores were 12.25 ±3.22 in the observation group after treatment.The score of 60.27 ±11.51 was significantly better than that of the control group (48.65 ±10.38) (P< 0.05) ......
