【摘 要】目的：探讨凝血酶加奥美拉唑治疗残胃出血的临床有效性与安全性。方法：观察组给予凝血酶联合奥美拉唑治疗，对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率及不良发应发生率均显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：凝血酶加奥美拉唑治疗残胃出血的临床疗效好。

    Comprehensive evaluation of clinical efficacy and safety of thrombin plus omeprazole in the treatment of residual gastric hemorrhage

    Abstract Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of thrombin plus omeprazole in the treatment of residual gastric hemorrhage. Methods： the observation group was treated with thrombin combined with omeprazole. Results： the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion： thrombin plus omeprazole is effective in treating residual gastric hemorrhage.
