【摘 要】目的：试分析中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪患者接受康复训练与针灸治疗的临床疗效。方法：随机选取58例在我院2015年4月-2017年5月期间接受中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪治疗的患者为研究对象，并依据住院治疗顺序分为各29例的观察组与参照组。参照组接受功能康复锻炼，观察组于此同时接受针灸配合治疗。对两组获取的临床疗效实施对比分析。结果：治疗后，观察组上肢运动功能量表评分情况以及BI指数评分改善均远优于参照组，且两组间各指标值间差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针对中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪患者采取针灸配合康复训练方案实施治疗，可获取更为优良的治疗效果。
