连续性综合护理对老年髋部骨折病人的影响观察(1)
【摘 要】目的：探究连续性综合护理对老年髋部骨折病人的影响。方法：选取2016年8月至2017年11月在我院进行髋部骨折手术的96例老年患者，将其分为常规组及研究组，对常规组患者行常规护理，对研究组患者行连续性综合护理，比较两组患者出院时、出院后1个月及3个月髋关节功能评分及心理状态。结果：两组患者出院时，研究组患者Harris评分稍高于常规组，但无统计学意义(P>0.05)，出院后，两组患者Harris评分均显著提高，至出院3个月后，研究组Harris评分达77.69±10.21，与常规组存在显著差异(P<0.05)，且两组患者出院时，GDS评分基本相同(P>0.05)，出院3个月时，研究组患者GDS评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：对老年髋部骨折患者实施连续性综合护理，能够有效提高患者术后髋关节功能恢复程度，降低患者出现的抑郁等不良情绪，对提高患者生活质量也具有重要意义。

The effect of continuous comprehensive nursing on the elderly patients with hip fracture

Abstract Objective： To explore the effect of continuous comprehensive nursing on the elderly patients with hip fracture.Method：From August 2016 to November 2017 96 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture surgery in our hospital， divided into the conventional group and the study group， the routine nursing care for patients in the conventional group， the continuity of comprehensive nursing for patients in the study group， compared two groups of patients when they were discharged after 1 months and 3 months of hip joint function score and mental state.Result：Two patients discharged from the patients in the study group， Harris score was slightly higher than that of the conventional group， but no statistical significance (P>0.05)， after discharge， two patients with Harris were significantly increased to 3 months after discharge， the study group Harris score was 77.69 + 10.21， there was significant difference with normal group (P<0.05)， and the two groups of patients， the GDS score is basically the same (P>0.05)， 3 months after discharge， patients in the study group， GDS score was significantly lower than normal group (P<0.05).conclusion：The implementation of continuous comprehensive nursing for elderly hip fracture patients can effectively improve the postoperative recovery of hip joint function and reduce the depressive mood of patients. It is also important for improving the quality of life of patients.

髋部骨折作为老年人常见骨质类型之一，主要由摔伤或车祸伤等导致，由于老年患者多伴有一定程度的骨质疏松，因此发病率较高[1]，且随着我国老年人口的增加，该病症发病率进一步提高，临床上针对该病症多以手术治疗为主，但由于患者年龄较高，机体恢复能力较弱，且术后需长时间卧床休息，且出院后多数患者无法得到有效护理指导，导致患者术后恢复较慢，影响其生活质量[2]。因此对该类患者采取有效的护理措施，对提高患者术后功能恢复及生活质量均具有重要意义，本次研究特选取2016年8月至2017年11月在我院进行髋部骨折手术的96例老年患者进行对比研究，探究采用连续性综合护理对其的影响，现报告如下。, 百拇医药(陈淑蓉)
