【摘 要】目的：分析342例初治肺結核患者的临床治疗。方法：对我院结核科2014年1月-2017年6月期间342例初治肺结核患者的治疗进行分析总结。结果：青壮年肺结核治疗治愈率高，老年人肺结核和糖尿病合并肺结核患者只要坚持长疗程治疗，绝大部分仍能治愈。
