【摘 要】目的：对股骨颈骨折不愈合高危因素及治疗措施作探讨。方法：将纳入对象临床数据作回顾性分析。结果：48例患者中高龄31例64.5%、有合并症28例58.2%、受伤机制(高能量损伤)25例52.1%、骨折类型(移位)24例50.0%；治疗后患者Harris髋关节功能评分高于治疗前，髋关节功能显著恢复。结论：股骨颈骨折患者不愈合高危因素为高龄及有无合并症、受伤机制与骨折类型；年龄≥60周岁患者可直接行关节置换术，若年龄<60周岁则应予以空心螺钉内固定术，可促使其髋关节功能充分恢复。
