综上所述，严格把握好手术适应症，采用经皮脊柱内镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症，能最大限度地保证脊柱韧带及关节突结构的完整性，组织损伤小、出血少、住院时间短，并发症少、早期活动和恢复更快，患者满意度高，临床疗效较好。但仍需要进一步随机对照研究、长期随访及邻近节段的退变观察是后期研究的重点。
