【摘 要】目的：探讨对患者采用微创小切口手术方式治疗单纯性阑尾炎的临床疗效。方法：选取在我院手术治疗的单纯性阑尾炎患者40例，研究组患者进行微创小切口手术，对照组患者进行传统开腹手术，比较两组患者的手术时间、住院时间以及术后并发症。结果：研究组患者的手术时间、住院时间和术后并发症均明显少于对照组，两组数据之间P<0.05。结论：对单纯性阑尾炎患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗时间短，术后并发症少，伤口小，恢复快，值得临床推广。
