【摘 要】目的：探讨胃肠穿孔的超声表现以及超声诊断的临床应用价值。方法：将我院2016年10月至2018年2月诊治的胃肠道穿孔患者共计60例为研究样本，对60例患者均实施常规的X线平片检查和超声检查，并依据检查结果进行诊断分析。结果：60例患者经手术手证实均为胃肠穿孔患者。经腹部超声检查的阳性率是95.00%，能够直接显示出患者穿孔点共计21例，占患者总数的35.00%；经X线平片诊断为穿孔患者43例，诊断的阳性率是71.67%。结论：在胃肠道穿孔诊断中应用超声检查可以有效弥补X线平片检查的不足，提升了胃肠道穿孔检查的准确性，为胃肠道穿孔患者的临床诊断及治疗提供了良好的基础保障。
