【摘 要】目的：评价胺碘酮治疗老年冠心病并发快速心律失常的临床效果。方法：随机抽取112例老年冠心病并发快速心律失常患者，对照组56例患者常规治疗，治疗组56例在常规治疗基础上联合胺碘酮。结果：治疗组有效率96.43%高于对照组有效率78.57%，治疗组患者短阵室速数、室早数较对照组降低，Q-T间期较对照组延长(P<0.05)；两组PR间期、不良反应比较(P>0.05)。结论：胺碘酮治疗老年冠心病并发快速心律失常效果显著，安全性高。
